same , cant log in now
I haven’t been able to log in for months. I must have spent days on the phone. Sometimes I’ve got through on the button 3 “Something else” option on the customer services, usually after a 40 minute wait, sometimes get cut off due to high demand. Twice, a rep has raised a “ticket” (complaint) but to date, I’ve never heard anything.
I’ve managed to change my password at least 15 times, but I’m running out of ideas.
I’m not a flyer, it might take me a year to save up for a couple of days away, but my account is locked and no one seems capable of opening it, other than yet another password reset, then it locks again.
This morning I sought advice off Trading Standards.
I get a message intermittently that I can’t log in as they are upgrading their system, including earlier today. It usually resolves itself within a couple of hours.

Have you tried different devices? I sometimes find that I just can’t log into some account or other any more on, say, and ipad, but it’s ok when I move to desk top.

Seems to be ok now, must have been something strange in the IT BA’s end.
