Canx fee for avios reward bookings on Qr booked via BA

Sorry new to this

I wish to make a booking in business class using avios points on the BA Website however booking QR flights in Sep

Worried redemptions / taxes might go up

Should I need to canx in the future is there a flat charge or do I loose all the taxes fees and surcharges ? Also is there a flat fee for route changes (subject to availability ) as wish to book BKK return however in future if availability opens up wish to change the return to come back from

If you cancel, there is a flat £35pp fee. If you change a booking, BA sees it as a cancellation and rebooking so the taxes/fees/charges will be recalculated as will the number of Avios required, so booking now secures the seats but doesn’t protect you from any changes in TFC or Avios devaluation unless you stick to that original booking.
