Niche, but if you’re an SME/LLP etc, then Capital On Tap Visa has no loading plus 1% cashback or Avios. If you’re really milking it, I’ve done Curve on weekdays and CoT at weekends, as Mastercard rates are sometimes (not always) a whisker better than Visa’s. Note there are some mysterious exclusions for CoT – e.g Russia, Cuba… but also Serbia, Albania and, weirdly, Hong Kong (but China and Macau are ok)

If you live in London, I recommend Yonder. New credit card company. Good if you like dining out in London, and have good taste in food.

Earn 1pt per £1 spent. Redeem at a selection of restaurants each month for 2.4p value for each point. The selection of restaurants change every month, and as a big foodie, I can vouch that they are really good places. Restaurants I would normally go to and pay full price.

Instead of redeeming points, you also have the option of earning 5x points at those restaurants. This is especially interesting if you do alot of client entertaining. Again, the restaurant selection is pretty good. So you’ll have happy clients too.

Combine the two earning and redeeming offers, and you could get 12% back on restaurant spending.

FX free for spending abroad. Also comes with free travel insurance, and free car hire excess insurance.

Downside is that there is a £15/month charge for the card. So only for High-ish spenders.

Contact me for a referral if you’re interested to get first month free and a £50 joining credit.

Problem with Yonder is their ridiculous internal scoring.
    I’ve been rejected with a 90k salary 🤦‍♂️

That doesn’t even meet the criteria for HfP userbase.

I’ve always used to use Rev/Curve but have since switched to Chase.
With 1% cashback it’s actually cheaper than the other two.
Higher limits. No weekend fees. No top ups needed.
    It’s a bank unlike Rev.

As the other two products are getting more and more expensive – I may make most of Chase while it lasts (already cashback capping introduced 🙄)
