Flew B/Class LHR/SEA 23 July with BA issue with seat my hubby offered to take my seat, the number one filed a complaint offering money or Avios we elected to take the money as we both have plenty of Avios points, he took both our FF numbers, email addresses etc advised the money would land approx 2 weeks. Nothing has appeared and I am kicking myself as I did not ask for a case number.
Any ideas on how I should reach out to BA or am I wasting my time, cheers
