Change from using voucher to points for reward seat upgrade

I recently upgraded from JFK > LHR.

I used the reward voucher but in light of the 20% off reward seats promo would like to keep the voucher and have use points. Can I get my voucher re-issued and pay by points instead?

I think you would need to cancel the booking and rebook with points. If you have enough in your account just book it and then call to cancel. Refund/return of voucher takes from 10 days to months depending how often you chase it.
