Applied on the 28/03, appeared in my Barclays app on 03/04, email received 05/04 confirming my new card, no physical card in the post and now noticed I’ve been charged £20 for the 1st month for a card I have not received or used? Did I read that someone complained and received a refund or extra avios?
I think this happened to everyone – if you don’t get your card in the promised time you could try making a complaint and they’ll probably refund the first month’s fee.
