Good morning from the Sats premier lounge at T3 Changi airport.
We checked out of the Four Seasons this morning and now on our way to Bali, courtesy of an Avios redemption booked on the Qatar website but flying on Garuda direct to DPS. We had the option of either 9000 Avios + SGD65 per person in economy or 180000 Avios + SGD 65 per person in business class. Given the short 2.5 hour flight, We chose economy to conserve some of our ever dwindling supply of Avios. Check in was smooth and we are sat in the lounge courtesy of Amex Platinum. Pretty average lounge overall with not a huge breakfast offering but adequate nevertheless. We went to see the Jewel but the actual water feature doesn’t start until 10am by which point we will be close to boarding.
Singapore has been a bit rainy but once the sun comes out it is blisteringly hot. Hoping for good weather in Bali and some relaxation after the busyness of SingaporeGood morning from the Sats premier lounge at T3 Changi airport.

No comments permitted on today’s liquids in luggage piece? I was going to be the first pedant out of the gates and say in the UK it’s DfT not DoT. 🙂
Has anyone had issues with Seatspy? I last paid for a year in January and noticed today my account is an ‘economy’ subscription and I can’t search for premium cabins.
Anyone with the misfortune to use Air Asia, just remember thy charge for medical equipment!
