Hi guys.
Is F worth paying a £400 pp upgrade fee from old club Ying Yang on a flight to Kuala Lumpur?
I appreciate everyone has different circumstances and personal preferences so it may be subjective.
However, we are talking about the hugely outdated BA Club seats here, not Club Suite.

Would you pay £400 per person (one way) to do the upgrade on a 787-9?
I don’t even know if this is old F or new and how much difference that itself would make

Personally I’d go for it every time at that price. It’s not the latest First cabin on the 789, but a huge improvement compared to the old CW set up, plus better service, much bigger IFE screen, T5 First Wing (if you are not Gold already) and CCR.

Go for a seat in row 2 if available rather than row 1, it’s quieter further back. If it’s still there when the systems come back of course …
