Hi
I’ve had a few bookings recently where they’ve emailed me a day or two before to check in online to speed things up and be able to have a mobile phone key
I was wondering if I was to do this, would it lower my chances of an upgrade and even early check in? Currently just arrived in Belgrade and noticed in the app that my base “individual room” has been upgraded to a junior suite.
I regularly stay at Radisson properties. I’ve always skipped online check-in – partly because I generally stay in the same hotel and can see my room number before arrival so know if I’ve been upgraded or not, but also you could potentially miss out on some welcome gifts like free drinks vouchers.
