Hi All – I was thinking of putting in a claim for some compensation in Avios for a recent flight which had the onboard wifi system down. Has anyone had any luck with this?
In F a couple of years ago we did submit claims because we had intended to do some work during the flight and were somewhat inconvenienced by the non-functioning WiFi. IIRC we got 10k avios each. I don’t know if it’s cabin or status-dependant as it was just that one time.
Also made a claim in F when I had to pay as wouldn’t let me sign in for free. Not sure you’ll get anything other than in F – it’s not guaranteed.
An update: BA dropped 10k Avios into my account after I put in a complaint.
