My daughter and I took a trip together last week. I have had my Avios and Tier point allocated, but my daughter has not.
I have tried to claim the missing points via the website but when I enter the ticket number I get the response of “Error: Missing Avios claims can only be made three days after your travel date”. It has now been a week since the return flight, so this should not be an error.
What are my next steps to try and get this resolved?
