Flew US domestic economy with Alaskan a couple weeks ago – should be worth 5 TP but they’ve not been credited despite my exec club number being on the booking. Those 5 TP are what qualify me for bronze. Particularly important since my collection year ended 8th March.
Annoyingly the drop down here doesn’t include Alaskan.. I guess they’re quite new to Oneworld.
What’s the best way to get this sorted, is there a BA email I can use? BA website suggests I fax the flight details…
I was exactly in the same situation 2 months ago. After not finding the Alaska option in the dropdown and suggesting to use fax, I emailed exec-club.socialmedia@ba.com to ask if the fax is really necessary. The next day I was contacted by someone from gecsreplies@contact.britishairways.com asking to upload a copy of my boarding pass. Got the missing avios/TPs credit within 3 days after that.
