Club World food service order A380

Hi.

Managed to reserve 53J & K upper deck A380. Can anyone enlighten me on order of food service? Presuming it’s front to back of cabin, but at row 53 are we still likely to get a good chance of our 1st choice of meals? Or would it better moving further towards the front?

On long haul, the crew should prioritise by status, taking orders and sorting out in the galley. (On short haul it is – or should be – just done by row from the front).

@MCRguy – I would stick with the seats you have as there’s absolutely no telling how the crew will serve on the day, nor indeed how popular your preferred choice of food will be with those served ahead of you.

I agree it could be entirely random so choose the seat that suits you best.

Interestingly I got prioritised on Club Europe EDI-LHR and on BAEF JER-LGW this autumn as a Gold. Otherwise no special order on short haul.
