Combine Avios (move from BA to iberia) borked?

Hello all. Has been many years since I last moved avios between BA and Iberia

Anyway: I cannot find how to navigate through BA.com to find how to do this, but if I google, and fine the correct page, I’m prompted to log in only to get a 404 page not found. This is with both Safari and Chrome on a mac

Am I missing something obvious? There’s a significant difference in required avios and tax, hence the reason for wanting to do this
