Combine British Airways Avios with Iberia Avios

Hi ive tried to use the combine function on ba to move points to iberia. The system has said its unavailable all day. Ive called both airlines and they have no ideas.
Has anyone else had issues?

I have been having problems with my Iberia account for over a year. I am unable to move them from Iberia to BA or Avios.com. I have tried Facebook and over the phone multiple times with BA and Iberia. I heard that the most effective way is online chat with avios.com, and some managed to move Avios but not me. I am also getting another problem while trying to book an award ticket/hotel on iberia.com
“We ar having problems with avios service. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact us.”

Iberia’s IT is a joke and getting any support from them is almost impossible. Calling HQ and speaking Spanish does not help either. I have 85k on my account and I am unable to do anything with it.
