I have a number of Asian Airmiles (I think about 40,000) and have yet to decide on whether to focus on building these up (as I fly to HK fairly frequently), open up an Avios earning card account or- if possible- combining them. My target is to be able to fly business with my wife in maybe 18 months time (no airline preference). Does anyone have any suggestions please
You cannot combine the balances. Nothing to stop you booking a return, one way with Avios, the return with Asia Miles. I too have balances with both and since the recently devaluation I’m not sure where I’ll be crediting future OneWorld flights.
