Hi,
I have booked flights using a companion voucher for this month. Voucher expires end of April.
Due to personal reasons, we are unable to travel.
Can someone please advise –
1. Can I reuse the voucher if I cancel the flights booked using the companion voucher? If yes, whats the best way to do this?
2. Is there any possibility for the voucher to be extended? Even a month is good.
Thanks
1) Yes, you can re-use the voucher after cancellation.
2) You can get the voucher extended for up to three months on compassionate grounds such an illness. This will usually need supporting evidence.
