    Can anyone help me ?

    NB I AM NOT A BA EX MEMBER BUT WOULD WELCOME HELP

    About 4 weeks ago BA cancelled my flight from LHW TO CDG , as a result I had to book Eurostar .

    3 weeks ago I submitted a claim since then I have heard nothing , I have called BA twice and after a long wait someone finally answered (I think it was a overseas handler reading of a script ) and told me that they have a policy of up to 28 days before the respond and I was in the queue .

    Is this right and is there a telephone number or email of someone who can actually make decisions (Preferably UK based )as I feel BA are giving me the run around and I am getting nowhere fast its very frustrating .Thanks to all

    We had our claim response 3 months to the day after submitting it… we tried calling and they offered no help so we just waited it out. Now currently ‘in conversation’ with them about it as they won’t refund us the cost of the BA flight we booked instead, despite being advised to by their own ground crew. Hope yours gets settled faster, good luck!
