Is there a robust way of complaining about Executive Club?
I have been trying to reach them for over two weeks now, about an Avios anomaly (at best, fraud at worst), but it’s impossible.
Calling them is not viable, you will queue and queue before being told they aren’t taking calls. Emails go unanswered. Tweets the same.
I’m at a loss, and I’m down over 420,000 Avios.
Over the years I have had cause to complain to BA on several occasions. They have until the end of the week to sort out the re-crediting of Avios and Compansion voucher due to a cancelled trip, before I once put fingers to keyboard.
If I have exhausted all avenues, which is not particularly difficult at the moment, as you cannot speak to a human being and most departments palm you off onto others, then a well-worded email to the CEO tends to have the greatest effect – not just with BA but all sorts of organisations.
