Looking to book Conrad Istanbul for myself and colleague. Given a twin exec room (with lounge access) is same rate as a single room, assuming ok to bring colleague into lounge who is booked in a non exec room. Been ok when done this in HK in the past, wondering if any wider experience on H4P?
