Is there any way of contacting Hilton in the UK without dialling a premium rate number?
Hilton Diamond desk are refusing to deal with my issue by phone (say they can’t – no logic there).
The international freephone number they have given me (and on their website) 800 HHILTONS (+ 800 4445 8667 doesn’t work. I’m certain this is dialled simply by replacing the + with 00 but please correct me if I’m wrong.
The UK contact number is 08705 909090. This is a premium rate number I believe. No idea how much per minute….
Thank you!

I usually engage with them via the webchat – has been reasonably successful so far.
At the Hilton booking website, bottom left, there’s an option for them to call you back. I did this recently, to ask about some missing points, and they rang back almost at once, from the Philippines.
I’ve always used the online contact form and had a response reasonably quickly.
Online contact useless, but seems a slightly complex issue. But eventually worked out how to request a callback. That was near instant. Thanks for responses.
X is the best Hilton customer support method.
Use Skype to call the US number for free (may need to set your region to USA) +18884466677
To get to the Diamond desk on the phone, you need to pass security by setting a 5-digit US style zip code on your Hilton profile rather than a UK postcode
Not sure how you think you got to the diamond desk with your initial query, but the diamond email address is not it.
