Hi all
I’m looking for advice on how to contact a Hilton property that you have booked. For some reason I thought you could directly message a hotel through the app. Is there a convenient way to get hold of them, whereby they can actually see all your booking details?
I’m trying to requesta room change in advance of the stay.
Many thanks
Rob
maps.google.com, search for the hotel and you’ll likely find a phone number in the listing detail that you can call via Skype etc and get put through to reservations.
With Hilton it’s a lottery, My last two hotels in Vienna and Zurich, 1st had no digital key until after check in at the front desk, second had no in app check in at all. So expecting them to have messaging in the app is really hoping for flying pigs.
They are a real PITA with removing contact details from the websites. I’ve found on occasion that if you ask on Hilton chat, they will give you an email address or phone number. I then make a note of these for future stays!
Search for the hotel on Facebook. Address, phone number and email address is shown on the hotel page
I’ve recently just contacted HH customer service and asked for the specific hotel’s email.
They were more than happy to provide.
