Credit Card Bonus & 2 Vouchers

Hi

Having recently come back from a great UC flight to MIA I need to start collecting again.
Looks like I just missed a Virgin CC 15k bonus offer but do they do they come up pretty regularly/same time every year (ie it is worth waiting).

Also, am I right in thinking if I get a voucher and so does player, we can use them both as upgrades in one booking and avoid paying half the points (as Red level) using just one as a companion?
