Off to Singapore tonight and staying in this hotel overnight in the “Jewel wing”. So do I go to the main hotel in terminal 3 via skytrain etc, or to the bit of the airport called “Jewel” which seems to be in terminal 1? Its really not clear if its all part of the same hotel or something separate and I don’t really want to spend hours wandering round Changi after a 12 hour flight. Any advice welcome.
I don’t know the answer, but I find emailing hotels directly often gets the most accurate information.

It’s in T3 with an access to Jewel. Just head to T3 to avoid confusion.
From what I can see online, you have to take the hotel elevator to level 2, go down a long hallway and there will be a glass door that only opens via key card.
The entrance to the hotel certainly used to be just as you left customs in T3. So if you are hand baggage only and flying into a different terminal you might want to leave the airport by making your way airside to T3 first.

This will be the easiest option if you have never been before. I stayed last month.

Yep. I’ll do that. Thanks all.
