Has anyone got the 5x Cyber Monday promotion points. I stayed at IC O2 booked during those 2 days of the promotion and only the base points (+ status bonus points) posted. No 5x bonus. I called then up and was told it can take up to 8 weeks to post.
Yes, mine posted after a week in Dec, I got both the 3x and the 5x for the same stay!

2 days after checkout for the base and then a day later for the bonuses. 72350 points for a week’s stay. Can’t argue 🙂
I was meant to get 45k points for a 2 night stay but only 15k posted. Have filled in the missing points claim form, so hopefully the remaining 30k will arrive soon.
