Froggee raises a fair point re not being able to see beyond the immediate problem. It reminded me of this Disney vlogger’s experience of travel disruption from Manchester to Orlando; wherein the airline’s obligations were in fact construed by the vlogger as special preferential treatment. There really is a whole world out there beyond the tenacious HfPers.
