Recently flew LHR to Chicago in First using 241. Great lounge experience, crew was OK – friendly but not the best service I have ever had. Very laid back.
The issue I complained about was a dirty seat and being served a burnt souffle. So burnt it was inedible and I sent it back. I was actually surprised it was served to me.
BA refunded 15000 avios to both my husband and I – which I thought was more than reasonable.
Wish I could post photo of souffle here though – it was incinerated and solid!!@Rob – not sure how this ended up here as I was aiming for BA thread – please delete!
