Delay with cash refund

Hi all,
Posted this a couple days ago on the daily chat, but I cancelled a cash booking on 20th May, and still no refund. Should I be concerned by now? It’s a Sonder property, which is now integrated on the Marriott system.
I have previously amended the booking, and had cash refunds within 2 days. The price was now significantly cheaper, so re-booked, and then cancelled the old booking.
It was a flexible booking, but the full payment was taken within 24 hours, and still well within the cancellation period.
I called them a few days ago, and they said it had been processed and to allow 7 to 10 days, but in my experience, refunds never take this long.
At what point do I raise this with Amex? Paid with Platinum. I’m still planning to use the other booking, so don’t want to raise a dispute.

I’d wait until 10 working days have passed, as that’s how long they’ve said it will take. If it’s not appeared by then you can invest some more time & effort in chasing it up.
