Is anyone experiencing a delay in statement credits posting for dining credit and some statement credit offers? HN credit posted as soon as the transaction posted, but dining credit for a qualified restaurant and Nyetimber spend seem to be taking over a week.
Aware T&C say within 30 days, up to 150, but previously qualifying spend has usually been credited within a couple of days.

yes! My HN credit posted after 7 days but £150 voucher for the Ivy purchased in the restaurant on 26/11 has still not posted……
My HN posted overnight, it was an online purchase made on Saturday.
It happens, diarise for 30 days after purchase and then get in touch over chat with full details of the date and location of spend and full details of the offer. The agents tend to be fairly good at spotting this and confirming if valid, then passing on to the back office team to have it applied fairly quickly afterwards.
