Quick query – will the £100 back on £750 spend at Dell stack with the current 4% back through Topcashback??

I mean if you pay with your Amex they won’t track how you got to the site in the first place?

Yes.

Although note that Dell stuff doesn’t track in my experience so don’t bank on the 4%.
