Back in September I used my £150 dining credit at Lana in Sydney.
The credit never appeared, and Lana is still showing as a partner.
The spend on my account has listed the stay as hotel/lodging and not under ‘restaurant’ which is maybe why it hasn’t been picked up.
Does anyone know the correct email address or web page to speak to Amex about getting this credited?
Log into your Amex account and use webchat – you can ask for the reference number for the chat as each chat is logged.
I don’t know when in September you had your meal, but 90 days from September 1st is November 30th or thereabouts, so they may tell you it is still within the timeframe to be credited and to ask again after this.
Just as a data point I used part of my overseas credit in Mexico City at the end of August. It took until mid-October to post on the account. I didn’t chase them.
