The Creation bashing thread is full of posts about people being awarded withheld points as a result of involving the FOS, including mine.Exactly right, same here OH & I ultimately both got our wrongly withheld IHG points and FN certificates after involving FOS. Not looking at a fundamental part of the offer would be/is a ridiculous approach to take.
