    I saw a mouse!

    Where?

    There on the stair!

    Where on the stair?

    Right there!

A little mouse with a Gold Card

    Well I declare!

    Going clip-clippety-clop on the stair!

(Didn’t see any on Monday though)

Yep, I even have a video of one casual walking across the business lounge at T5. They’re all over the place within T5, not just the lounges.

Seen mice in several lounges over the years, all those food scraps on the floor = supermarket sweep for Mice. Bravest wss in a MCO lounge running along the floor next to the kick panel of a bench seat, not afraid of the oblivious people sat on the bench. Decide to keep quiet as it’s the US and an overreaction could involve weapons!

I had some chicken in lounge which I must say tasted like one of these.

They can become very bold if they learn people aren’t a threat.

Had a mouse once that regularly stole food from our geriatric cat’s bowl, with the cat looking on lazily.

Yes, absolutely it does. Seen one scurrying across the terminal outside the Aspire lounge with my own eyes recently. Looked like a well travelled rat. It knew exactly where to hide and scurry off to.

If you had heard any part of the recent Planet Chicken podcast by Chris van Tulleken, you wouldn’t be eating chicken in a lounge or similar locations anyway, although I think many of us knew to avoid it long before.

In that case, I’d rather be standing behind it in the airport security queue than *some* clueless travellers these days. 22 years since 9/11, you’d think people would know the drill by now.

Are you sure that was not Boris?
