Hi, apologies that this has been asked before but I can’t find the thread or answer.
If I took advantage of the dining credit offer on Platinum, but the posting of statement credit was delayed beyond the date when I wanted to downgrade or cancel the card, would I still receive it?
Many thanks,
M
My recent experience is that yes you will get the statement credits. I checked with online chat before cancelling and they confirmed that I would still receive the credits. One week after cancelling they were credited top the account together with a pro rata refund of the membership fee.
Obviously not a definitive response, but just my recent experience.
