Has anyone received their e-voucher refund? They sent me an email two weeks ago saying they’ve processed it and the money should hit my account in a week but I haven’t received anything yet.
Anyone have better luck?I didn’t get any emails, is BA refunding everyone.

Some context pls 🙂 who is allowed a refund? Is this different to Rob’s article on the 21st March about people whose flights were cancelled over a certain period can request a refund.
