We’ve had a household account for some time, however, i cant see anywhere where you can edit the details of those within it? I think one of the kid’s details are wrong – but cant see anywhere to edit it. Anyone have any ideas? Its not as if you can login as they get issues with a number but they don’t have accounts to login to until they are 16? thanks for any help or suggestions.
you need to go into their individual account and then it something like go into their presonal details and then ‘edit’
Some details you can edit yourself but others like name need you to upload documents for BA to make the change.
