Hi
I purchased an Ivy gift card in person from the Ivy Brighton, but did not receive the email showing that the offer had been triggered.
Does this mean that the credit is unlikely to show on my account?
I don’t think you get an email. As long as you have activated the offer in advance, it just comes off your balance a few days later.
