Have just booked business flights from Manchester on Etihad only to realise they leave from T1 Manchester, does anyone know if and when this will change as I was assuming they would depart from T2 and we could use the 1903 lounge which is a bit better, also wondering what hotel to book to be closest for an early morning flight?
Closest hotel is Radisson Blu which is connected to the moving walkways to T1 and T2.
Beyond that the Holiday Inn and Ibis Budget are a short walk to/from T2. Then in order of distance from T1, Crowne Plaza, Clayton, Doubletree.
T1 Aspire isn’t that bad. It was always less susceptible to morning boozehounds than Escape. It also has a section roped off and marked as adults only.
