Etihad cash booking for 4. Struggling with family accounts and code share

I have Z fare booking for 4 people me and family travelling in June. I want to get the points earned for all of us not just 1/4 for me alone but:
1 etihad family membership enrolment is down. So can’t set up family account there.2 Aero plan which seemed a good code share partner won’t let us create family accounts as you have to wait 6 months after joining.
Any advice on which member programs may sort this?
SAS have a family account and supposedly credit Etihad, but when I tried to do this in January I got nowhere and the automated claim tool fell over as well.
Why not credit to Aeroplan then create the family pool in September?
