Hello I hope someone here can let me know if I have a right to a claim through the EU261 regulation, I booked a flight through Skyscanner and paid netflights for an emirates return from London to Bangkok via Dubai, I was delayed 2 hours in Heathrow which made me miss my connecting flight in Dubai, emirates got me on another flight from Dubai 4 1/2 hours later resulting on me arriving at Bangkok around 7 hours after my original arrival time, would I be eligible for a claim and would I claim from emirates or netflights who I paid the fare to
TIA Brian
Eligibility for compensation will depend on why you were delayed at LHR. There’s nothing to stop you submitting s claim to Emirates regardless, but if they turn it down you might struggle to get any further.
If you post the date and flight number someone here may be able to help.
