Having just got back from the beach it is time to think about the next holiday. I used to be great at spending points but since I have had young kids our travels have mostly been on cash. This means I have a stash of Avios and Amex points that I would love to spend! Does anyone have any recommendations for where to spend points at European family suitable beach resorts? Ideally I would love to book a suite or connecting rooms on points. I have some form of status with Hilton, Marriott and IHG.

Iberostar resorts – new addition to IHG has been recommended here before.
You’ll probably need a lot of Bonvoy points, but the Ritz Carlton Abama in Tenerife is supposed to be divine! Has suites as well.

Thank you. I just got back from an Iberostar in Mallorca. It was fun. Sadly not part of IHG yet but will check out the others.
