Does anyone know the real world time for vouchers to arrive? I was told 72 hours max but was hoping the reality is a bit less. Also hoping it’s not slower over a long weekend…
For the record, the Virgin code came within 24 hours which I then needed to redeem for a Eurostar code which arrived instantly.
How did it work? Did you just tell them you wanted a voucher or did you have to give a date and train?
