So an evoucher has appeared on my BA acct that I didnt request, I can find no trace of the evoucher number in any emails and I have no idea which flight it was for, is there anyway to find out without calling BA?
What sort of e-voucher?
I thought it was only credit card vouchers (and possibly some vouchers given as compensation ) that appeared in BAEC accounts. (if they are adding e-vouchers from flights we’ve cancelled then that would be a great move)
What’s the actual description of it? Expiration date?
Are you sure you dont have a FTV for a cash booking that BA has now turned into an e-voucher?
My wife had two additional Amex companion vouchers drop into her account recently. BA’s IT is somewhat flakey…
It appears it is an amex voucher, hadnt realised I’d hit the spend on a new one 🙂
