I used the IharLLM to summarise:
– the title is plainly wrong. Have complained to the Title Ombudsman Service
– AMEX required to pay for hotel for FHR benefits
– AMEX not required to pay for additional hotel expenses
– FOS, AMEX, and OP all wasted a lot of time and effort

I’m so pleased that now instead of paying AMEX a Forex fee I am now free to choose any of the other cards to pay the (same) Forex fee to. So that’s a win! 🤔
