Finnair offering Avios purchase with up to 70% bonus

I have received the email offer and for a week there is a maximunm 70% bonus.

I think that buying 100k will get extra 70k. So 170k avios for Euro 2100. That is ca GBP1800 so by my maths that 1 p each.

Is this value?

It’s not bad, but I get nervous about paying over 1p without a very good plan for them.
