Fly LHR to Dallas but return Denver to LHR Cabin upgrade voucher 1 person

Hi all hope you can help.
I have a Barclay Card cabin upgrade voucher but does anyone know if I can use it on a flight out to Dallas but instead of returning from Dallas I would return from Denver , leaving LHR and returning to LHR although I live near Manchester.

As an added question could I fly out premium economy (pay for economy ) but fly back business (pay for premium)

All this is possible as long as there’s avios availability in the cabins you want to fly in, but the easiest thing would be to call BA and get them to do the booking by phone. Just explain it’s an open jaw booking with the Barclaycard voucher and you want to end at LHR. You can get the MAN-LHR legs free though, if you did actually want to fly from MAN. This needs doing on the phone as well.
