    Can anyone help? Have just lost gold status (and all tier points, but I’ve read on a previous post that this is easy to sort.
    Problem is that I have been dealing with a very helpful person on the gold helpline in Wales who is trying to assist me for 2 flights (both with 2 legs – 1 VA and 1 D) taken over 6 months ago, where the Virgin points have been credited but not the Delta points. She said she would get this sorted and she would contact Delta to get them added but it hasn’t happened. My husband had all his credited on time but mine weren’t.
    I no longer have the gold phone number and would like to speak to the same person. Can anyone give me the number? Alternatively is there a silver number? Thank you.

    From what I can deduce, the Swansea call centre is staffed by the same people, no matter your status. Certain agents are Gold trained. If you call the regular line (there’s not a Silver line – references to that on the VS website are hiding the truth a little bit!), you can probably ask to be transferred. Then again, DL aren’t exactly fast at answering things, so perhaps hold out a little longer. Swansea agents are generally great.

    You can also try vapartner.points@fly.virgin.com, which is the team that deals with 3P points.
