Flying with MH – Avios credit

Anyone know how long it should take for Avios to credit from an MH flight?

Hey – I flew twice with MH in May. The first one posted within 5 days, a few days after RJ flights on the same journey had posted. The second one never posted at all, despite QR flights on the same ticket posting quickly. I submitted a missing Avios claim after a couple of weeks, which promised a 4 week wait, but never heard back. I needed the TPs to hit silver status so I proactively chased on chat and then via whataspp and they eventually escalated it to a back office team. I got the Avios/TPs (and status!) last week
