Some months back , I made a long haul booking with the voucher, which I may now have to cancel. While that is easy enough, I can’t remember the expiry date of the voucher. Is there anyway to backtrack to try and find the date ? Thanks.
In the app select the card account, View your Avios then scroll down to Reward history, and it gives you the date vouchers were issued. Providing you can work out which voucher you used, add two years for the expiry date.
BA Customer Service agents can see the voucher on the booking, whether that includes the original expiry date I’m not sure.

As a follow-up. My wife and I are part of our household account. We both have one outstanding B’card voucher, earned individually. Going into her account, or mine, we are both showing the two vouchers available….not just hers or mine, but both…does that sound correct?
