FTV refunds – How long are they taking?

Hi,

We had two bookings (using 2 x 241s from separate accounts) for April ’22 to BKK which were cancelled end of Jan ’22 and two FTV’s automatically produced including cash, Avios and the 241s. In March one of the 241s was ‘refunded’ back to the appropriate account along with a cash refund and Avios, but the other account has not had the refund. I thought it may take a couple of weeks for the second refund even though both bookings were made on the same call originally. It has been 3 months and nothing yet, no cash refund, no 241 showing on the account or Avios.

Has anyone had anything similar or still waiting on refunds from earlier in the year?
